In a context marked by the acceleration of technological innovation and deep social transitions, Romania and Hungary faces the need to understand and anticipate the impact of AI on the labor market, competitiveness and social cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/futurestation.ro\/\">Future Station<\/a>&nbsp;conducted a study for Concordia Employers\u2019 Confederation, within Hope4AI project, aimed to explore the possible trajectories for the use of AI in Romania and Hungary, using foresight methods and scenario analysis to identify both opportunities and associated risks. Starting from the analysis of six emerging trends, the study highlighted the ways in which technology could fundamentally transform the labor market and organizational structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.concordia.ro\/wp-uploads\/2025\/07\/15114426\/futurestation.ro-Study-Hope4AI-v04b.pdf\">this research<\/a>, we wanted not only to provide an analysis of the current state, but also to stimulate an informative dialogue between decision-makers, employers, trade unions and civil society organizations, in order to formulate proactive public policies and a national agenda for AI centered on equity, skills and sustainable economic impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 transform\u0103 deja modul \u00een care muncim, \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u0219i ne organiz\u0103m activitatea economic\u0103. \u00centr-un context marcat de accelerarea inova\u021biei tehnologice \u0219i de tranzi\u021bii sociale profunde, Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Ungaria se confrunt\u0103 cu nevoia de a \u00een\u021belege \u0219i anticipa impactul AI asupra pie\u021bei muncii, competitivit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i coeziunii sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest sens,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/futurestation.ro\/\">Future Station<\/a>&nbsp;a realizat pentru Confedera\u021bia Patronal\u0103 Concordia, \u00een cadrul&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/concordia.ro\/program\/hope4ai\/\">proiectului Hope4AI<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.concordia.ro\/wp-uploads\/2025\/07\/15114426\/futurestation.ro-Study-Hope4AI-v04b.pdf\">un studiu<\/a>&nbsp;care exploreaz\u0103 posibilele traiectorii ale utiliz\u0103rii inteligen\u021bei artificiale \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Ungaria, folosind metode de foresight \u0219i analiz\u0103 de scenarii pentru a identifica at\u00e2t oportunit\u0103\u021bile, c\u00e2t \u0219i riscurile asociate.
