Within the Hope4AI project, recent policy recommendations show that although the country benefits from a strong IT base and growing strategic assets, AI adoption remains fragmented and significantly below the EU average. The main barriers are not technological, but structural\u2014limited investment, skills shortages, low organizational readiness, and weak data governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fully unlock AI\u2019s potential\u2014estimated to increase GDP by up to 5\u20137% over the next decade\u2014a shift is needed from simple technology uptake to a coherent model based on readiness, trust, and governance. This includes aligning the National AI Strategy with labour market policies, investing in sectoral reskilling (especially in energy and retail), and embedding social dialogue as a central pillar of responsible AI implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key takeaway from Hope4AI is that successful AI adoption depends primarily on people, not just technology. Strengthening cooperation between employers, trade unions, and public authorities, alongside targeted SME support and continuous skills development, will be essential to ensure AI drives productivity, job quality, and long-term economic resilience in Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tranzi\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei c\u0103tre inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 nu mai este o \u00eentrebare de&nbsp;<em>dac\u0103<\/em>, ci de&nbsp;<em>cum<\/em>. \u00cen cadrul proiectului Hope4AI, cele mai recente recomand\u0103ri de politici arat\u0103 c\u0103, de\u0219i \u021bara beneficiaz\u0103 de o baz\u0103 solid\u0103 \u00een IT \u0219i de active strategice \u00een cre\u0219tere, adoptarea AI r\u0103m\u00e2ne fragmentat\u0103 \u0219i mult sub media UE. Principalele obstacole nu sunt de natur\u0103 tehnologic\u0103, ci \u021bin de factori structurali: investi\u021bii limitate, deficit de competen\u021be, capacitate organiza\u021bional\u0103 redus\u0103 \u0219i guvernan\u021b\u0103 insuficient\u0103 a datelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a valorifica pe deplin poten\u021bialul AI, estimat la o cre\u0219tere a PIB-ului de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5\u20137% \u00een urm\u0103torul deceniu, este necesar\u0103 o schimbare de paradigm\u0103: de la simpla adoptare a tehnologiei la un model coerent bazat pe preg\u0103tire, \u00eencredere \u0219i guvernan\u021b\u0103. Acest lucru presupune alinierea Strategiei Na\u021bionale pentru AI cu politicile pie\u021bei muncii, investi\u021bii \u00een reskilling sectorial \u0219i integrarea dialogului social ca element central al implement\u0103rii responsabile a AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un mesaj esen\u021bial rezultat din procesul de co-creare Hope4AI este c\u0103 succesul tranzi\u021biei c\u0103tre AI depinde \u00een primul r\u00e2nd de oameni, nu doar de tehnologie. Consolidarea cooper\u0103rii \u00eentre angajatori, sindicate \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bi publice, al\u0103turi de sprijin \u021bintit pentru IMM-uri \u0219i dezvoltarea continu\u0103 a competen\u021belor, sunt condi\u021bii-cheie pentru ca AI s\u0103 devin\u0103 un motor de productivitate, calitate a muncii \u0219i rezilien\u021b\u0103 economic\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rom\u00e1nia mesters\u00e9ges intelligenci\u00e1ra val\u00f3 \u00e1t\u00e1ll\u00e1sa m\u00e1r nem az <em>\u201eha\u201d<\/em>, hanem a <em>\u201ehogyan\u201d<\/em> k\u00e9rd\u00e9se. A Hope4AI projekt keret\u00e9ben k\u00e9sz\u00fclt szakpolitikai aj\u00e1nl\u00e1sok szerint b\u00e1r az orsz\u00e1g er\u0151s IT-alapokkal \u00e9s n\u00f6vekv\u0151 strat\u00e9giai kapacit\u00e1sokkal rendelkezik, az MI-alkalmaz\u00e1s tov\u00e1bbra is t\u00f6redezett \u00e9s j\u00f3val az uni\u00f3s \u00e1tlag alatt marad. A f\u0151 akad\u00e1lyok nem technol\u00f3giai, hanem struktur\u00e1lis jelleg\u0171ek: korl\u00e1tozott beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok, k\u00e9szs\u00e9ghi\u00e1ny, alacsony szervezeti felk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9g \u00e9s gyenge adatir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az MI teljes potenci\u00e1lj\u00e1nak kiakn\u00e1z\u00e1s\u00e1hoz \u2013 amely a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e9vtizedben ak\u00e1r 5\u20137%-kal n\u00f6velheti a GDP-t \u2013 szeml\u00e9letv\u00e1lt\u00e1sra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g: a technol\u00f3gia puszta bevezet\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l egy felk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9gen, bizalmon \u00e9s ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1son alapul\u00f3 modell fel\u00e9.
