Within the Hope4AI project, findings for Hungary highlight that AI\u2019s impact on work is still gradual rather than revolutionary, while the main barriers are structural\u2014skills shortages, weak data infrastructure, and limited organizational capacity, particularly among SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, public policy must shift from promoting technology alone to strengthening the real conditions for its effective use: developing digital and AI skills, investing in infrastructure, and providing concrete support for companies. At the same time, building trust and governance frameworks\u2014based on responsible and transparent AI use\u2014is essential for wider adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A central message from social partners is the critical role of social dialogue. Effective AI implementation depends on active engagement from employers, employees, and trade unions, supported by transparent communication and continuous skills development. Without these, AI risks remaining underutilized, failing to deliver its full productivity and competitiveness potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesters\u00e9ges intelligencia jelent\u0151s v\u00e1rakoz\u00e1sokat kelt a gazdas\u00e1gban, ugyanakkor a jelenlegi adatok azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy alkalmaz\u00e1sa tov\u00e1bbra is korl\u00e1tozott, egyenetlen \u00e9s gyakran sz\u00e9ttagolt. A Hope4AI projekt magyarorsz\u00e1gi meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sai szerint az MI hat\u00e1sa a munk\u00e1ra egyel\u0151re ink\u00e1bb fokozatos, mint forradalmi, mik\u00f6zben a f\u0151 akad\u00e1lyok struktur\u00e1lis jelleg\u0171ek: k\u00e9szs\u00e9ghi\u00e1ny, gyenge adat-infrastrukt\u00fara \u00e9s korl\u00e1tozott szervezeti kapacit\u00e1s, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a KKV-k k\u00f6r\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ebben a helyzetben a szakpolitik\u00e1knak a technol\u00f3gia puszta \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l a hat\u00e9kony alkalmaz\u00e1s felt\u00e9teleinek meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re kell helyezni\u00fck a hangs\u00falyt: digit\u00e1lis \u00e9s MI-k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek fejleszt\u00e9se, infrastrukt\u00far\u00e1ba val\u00f3 befektet\u00e9s \u00e9s konkr\u00e9t v\u00e1llalati t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa. Ezzel p\u00e1rhuzamosan elengedhetetlen a bizalom \u00e9s az ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1si keretek er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9se, a felel\u0151s \u00e9s \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3 MI-haszn\u00e1lat \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A szoci\u00e1lis partnerek egyik legfontosabb \u00fczenete a szoci\u00e1lis p\u00e1rbesz\u00e9d kulcsszerepe. Az MI hat\u00e9kony bevezet\u00e9se a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k, munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k \u00e9s szakszervezetek akt\u00edv r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9t, \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3 kommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3t \u00e9s folyamatos k\u00e9szs\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 genereaz\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103ri ridicate \u00een economie, \u00eens\u0103 realitatea din teren arat\u0103 o adop\u021bie \u00eenc\u0103 limitat\u0103, fragmentat\u0103 \u0219i concentrat\u0103 \u00een zone punctuale de activitate. \u00cen cadrul proiectului Hope4AI, concluziile pentru Ungaria eviden\u021biaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 impactul AI asupra muncii este, \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103, mai degrab\u0103 gradual dec\u00e2t revolu\u021bionar, iar principalele obstacole nu sunt tehnologice, ci \u021bin de lipsa competen\u021belor, infrastructura de date insuficient\u0103 \u0219i capacitatea organiza\u021bional\u0103 redus\u0103, \u00een special \u00een r\u00e2ndul IMM-urilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest context, accentul politicilor publice trebuie mutat de la simpla promovare a tehnologiei c\u0103tre consolidarea condi\u021biilor reale de utilizare: dezvoltarea competen\u021belor digitale \u0219i AI, investi\u021bii \u00een infrastructur\u0103 \u0219i sprijin concret pentru companii. \u00cen paralel, este esen\u021bial\u0103 construirea unui cadru de \u00eencredere \u0219i guvernan\u021b\u0103, bazat pe utilizarea responsabil\u0103 a AI \u0219i pe o mai bun\u0103 \u00een\u021belegere a implica\u021biilor sale la nivel organiza\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un element central subliniat de partenerii sociali este rolul decisiv al dialogului social.
