{"id":1131,"date":"2025-01-30T10:13:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T10:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worktransition.eu\/?p=1131"},"modified":"2025-08-27T11:57:01","modified_gmt":"2025-08-27T11:57:01","slug":"press-release-launch-of-the-data-collection-phase-for-skillscape-research-hope4ai-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worktransition.eu\/ro\/press-release-launch-of-the-data-collection-phase-for-skillscape-research-hope4ai-project\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESS RELEASE &#8211; Launch of the Data Collection Phase for Skillscape Research \u2013 Hope4AI Project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>How are employers and employees in Romania preparing for the impact of artificial intelligence?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Employers&#8217; Confederation Concordia announces the start of the data collection phase for <strong>Skillscape Research<\/strong>, a key component of the European project <strong>Hope4AI \u2013 Helping Organizations Preparing Employees for AI<\/strong>, implemented in partnership with MGYOSZ (Hungary), BNS and VASAS (trade unions from Romania and Hungary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research focuses on two key economic sectors in Romania \u2013 <strong>retail and energy<\/strong> \u2013 and aims to analyse how digital transformation, including the adoption of artificial intelligence, is reshaping skill needs, restructuring processes, and social dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The research objectives include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>identifying automation risks and emerging skill requirements in the targeted sectors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assessing the level of preparedness among employers and employees for the digital transition,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>developing scenarios and policy recommendations to support a fair transition (just transition).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Data will be collected over the coming months through surveys and qualitative interviews with employers, employees, and social partner representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The final research results will be publicly released in April 2025<\/strong>, contributing to national and EU-level discussions on the future of work and workforce readiness for the digital age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The Hope4AI project is co-funded by the European Union<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How are employers and employees in Romania preparing for the impact of artificial intelligence?
