While AI has the potential to enhance productivity and organisational efficiency by automating routine tasks, its most significant impact lies in the transformation of job content and skill requirements. Rather than replacing human work, AI increasingly supports employees in performing analytical, creative, and decision-making tasks that require adaptability, judgement, and social intelligence. At the same time, certain occupations and tasks face higher exposure to automation, making proactive workforce preparation essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Hope4AI project, a dedicated research initiative was undertaken to examine how AI is affecting employment structures, skills demand, and organisational practices in Hungary, with a particular focus on the commerce and mechanical engineering sectors. The study analyses the current and expected use of AI technologies, the degree of task-level exposure across occupations, and the readiness of employees and employers to adapt to technological change. Special attention is given to leadership attitudes, employee perceptions, and the institutional conditions shaping successful AI adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The findings indicate that AI does not lead to large-scale job losses but instead drives a fundamental reconfiguration of work. Roles characterised by routine and standardised tasks face higher transformation pressure, while occupations requiring complex human skills, contextual judgement, and cooperation remain more resilient. The research highlights the growing importance of continuous upskilling, AI literacy, and soft skills such as critical thinking, flexibility, and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the study demonstrates that the economic and social benefits of AI depend on strategic governance, effective change management, and investment in human capital. Mik\u00f6zben az MI jelent\u0151s hat\u00e9konys\u00e1gn\u00f6veked\u00e9st tesz lehet\u0151v\u00e9 a rutinszer\u0171 feladatok automatiz\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl, legfontosabb hat\u00e1sa a munkak\u00f6r\u00f6k tartalm\u00e1nak \u00e9s a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges k\u00e9szs\u00e9geknek az \u00e1talakul\u00e1s\u00e1ban mutatkozik meg. Az MI nem kiv\u00e1ltja az emberi munk\u00e1t, hanem egyre ink\u00e1bb t\u00e1mogatja azokat a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geket, amelyek elemz\u0151 gondolkod\u00e1st, kreativit\u00e1st, alkalmazkod\u00f3k\u00e9pess\u00e9get \u00e9s t\u00e1rsas kompetenci\u00e1kat ig\u00e9nyelnek. Ugyanakkor bizonyos feladatok \u00e9s foglalkoz\u00e1sok fokozott automatiz\u00e1ci\u00f3s kitetts\u00e9ggel szembes\u00fclnek, ami indokoltt\u00e1 teszi az id\u0151ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 felk\u00e9sz\u00fcl\u00e9st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Hope4AI projekt keret\u00e9ben megval\u00f3sult kutat\u00e1s azt vizsg\u00e1lta, hogy az MI mik\u00e9nt befoly\u00e1solja a foglalkoztat\u00e1si strukt\u00far\u00e1kat, a k\u00e9szs\u00e9gig\u00e9nyeket \u00e9s a szervezeti gyakorlatokat Magyarorsz\u00e1gon, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel a kereskedelem \u00e9s a g\u00e9pipar \u00e1gazataira. A tanulm\u00e1ny elemzi az MI-megold\u00e1sok jelenlegi \u00e9s v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1t, a munkak\u00f6r\u00f6k feladatszint\u0171 kitetts\u00e9g\u00e9t, valamint a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k \u00e9s munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k alkalmazkod\u00e1si felk\u00e9sz\u00fclts\u00e9g\u00e9t. Kiemelt figyelmet kap a vezet\u0151i elk\u00f6telez\u0151d\u00e9s, a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i percepci\u00f3k \u00e9s az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyi felt\u00e9telek szerepe az MI sikeres bevezet\u00e9s\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az eredm\u00e9nyek azt mutatj\u00e1k, hogy az MI nem t\u00f6meges munkahely-megsz\u0171n\u00e9shez, hanem a munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s alapvet\u0151 \u00e1talakul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz vezet. A standardiz\u00e1lt, ism\u00e9tl\u0151d\u0151 feladatokra \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 munkak\u00f6r\u00f6k nagyobb \u00e1talakul\u00e1si nyom\u00e1s alatt \u00e1llnak, m\u00edg az \u00f6sszetett emberi k\u00e9szs\u00e9geket, kontextus\u00e9rz\u00e9keny d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatalt \u00e9s egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 szerepek ellen\u00e1ll\u00f3bbak. A kutat\u00e1s hangs\u00falyozza az \u00e9lethosszig tart\u00f3 tanul\u00e1s, az MI-ismeretek \u00e9s az olyan transzverz\u00e1lis k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, mint a kritikus gondolkod\u00e1s, a rugalmass\u00e1g \u00e9s az egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6sszess\u00e9g\u00e9ben a tanulm\u00e1ny r\u00e1mutat arra, hogy az MI gazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9s t\u00e1rsadalmi el\u0151nyei csak akkor \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fclnek, ha azok strat\u00e9giai ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1ssal, hat\u00e9kony v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1smenedzsmenttel \u00e9s a hum\u00e1n t\u0151k\u00e9be t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1ssal p\u00e1rosulnak.
