At the European level, around 20% of companies already use at least one form of AI, yet significant differences persist between countries. This dynamic reflects not only technological or financial barriers, but also challenges related to skills, organizational culture, and the strategic integration of new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the impact of AI on the labour market is more nuanced than often portrayed. Recent studies show that AI adoption increases firm productivity (by approximately 4% on average), without immediate negative effects on employment. In other words, AI does not simply eliminate jobs, but transforms them \u2013 reshaping tasks, required skills, and how work is organized. This transformation is already visible in sectors such as services, retail, energy, and public administration, where technology automates repetitive processes and creates space for higher value-added activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the pace of adoption remains uneven. In Central and Eastern Europe, including Romania and Hungary, the use of AI in the workplace is significantly lower compared to other European countries, and in some cases remains at very low levels. This lag is not necessarily a disadvantage, but can represent an opportunity: organizations have the chance to learn from the experience of others and to implement AI in a more strategic, people-centred way, focused on skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key message is clear: the future of work will not be defined solely by technology, but by how it is integrated into organizations. Companies that invest in training, adaptation, and social dialogue will be best positioned to harness the potential of AI. Ez a dinamika nemcsak technol\u00f3giai vagy p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi akad\u00e1lyokat t\u00fckr\u00f6z, hanem a k\u00e9szs\u00e9gekkel, a szervezeti kult\u00far\u00e1val \u00e9s az \u00faj technol\u00f3gi\u00e1k strat\u00e9giai integr\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1val kapcsolatos kih\u00edv\u00e1sokat is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugyanakkor az AI munkaer\u0151piacra gyakorolt hat\u00e1sa \u00e1rnyaltabb, mint ahogyan azt gyakran bemutatj\u00e1k.
