In this context, the Concordia Employers&#8217; Confederation launches the <strong _istranslated=\"1\">Hope4AI project \u2013 Helping Organizations Prepare Employees for AI,<\/strong> an initiative co-funded by the European Union, which aims to prepare employees, employers and social partners for the changes generated by artificial intelligence and automation. The project brings together social partners from Romania and Hungary and aims to assess the impact of AI on jobs, identify the necessary skills and ensure a just transition to the future of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hope4AI is built on the results of the previous <strong _istranslated=\"1\">WorkTransitionCEE<\/strong> programme, and for 22 months, the consortium created to bring together four representative social partners from Central and Eastern Europe (<a _istranslated=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.concordia.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Concordia<\/a> (RO), <a _istranslated=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/bns.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NBN <\/a>(RO), <a _istranslated=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mgyosz.hu\/hu\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MGYOSZ<\/a> (HU), <a _istranslated=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/vasasok.hu\/index.php\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VASAS<\/a> (HU), will join forces to continue research on labour market dynamics in Industry 4.0 and to support social partners through applied tools and methodologies \u2013  from mapping jobs to co-creating solutions. Through this continuity, the project brings a strengthened perspective on systemic adaptation, with a focus on digital skills and effective social dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objectives of Hope4AI aim to increase the resilience of industries in the face of technological transformations, facilitate cooperation between trade unions and employers&#8217; organisations, and broaden the understanding of decision-makers on the risks, challenges and opportunities generated by AI.
