The initiative is built on the results of WorkTransitionCEE and aims to ensure an advantageous transition of the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hope4AI<\/strong> is based on three complementary directions: <strong>resilience<\/strong> (equipping industries to manage the impact of AI on jobs), <strong>cooperation<\/strong> (strengthening collaboration between employers and trade unions) and <strong>continuity<\/strong> (capitalizing on methodologies and tools previously developed in WorkTransitionCEE). Through this architecture, the project provides a coherent framework for public policies and organizational interventions that anticipate change, not just react to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the analysis of the impact of AI on industrial relations and jobs in key economic sectors, Hope4AI delivers a series of concrete results: foresight studies, policy recommendations and co-creation events with social partners and authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will include <strong>national seminars, validation workshops and co-creation sessions<\/strong> aimed at raising awareness, clarifying digital skills gaps and strengthening social dialogue mechanisms. The target audience consists of employers, workers, their representatives and decision-makers involved in labour market policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hope4AI continues the logic and ambition of <strong>WorkTransitionCEE<\/strong>, a project through which the Consortium has introduced tools and methodologies for mapping jobs, trends and for co-creating solutions in support of social partners. Through this continuity, Concordia and its partners offer a bridge between data, dialogue and decision-making, with a direct impact on companies and at the sectoral level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confedera\u021bia Patronal\u0103 Concordia anun\u021b\u0103 lansarea&nbsp;<strong>Hope4AI \u2013 Helping Organizations Prepare Employees for AI<\/strong>, un proiect cofinan\u021bat de Uniunea European\u0103 care sprijin\u0103 angajatorii, angaja\u021bii \u0219i partenerii sociali din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Ungaria s\u0103 navigheze transform\u0103rile generate de inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103 \u0219i automatizare. Ini\u021biativa este construit\u0103 pe baza rezultatelor WorkTransitionCEE \u0219i urm\u0103re\u0219te asigurarea unei tranzi\u021bii avantajoase a pie\u021bei muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hope4AI<\/strong>&nbsp;are la baz\u0103 trei direc\u021bii complementare:&nbsp;<strong>rezilien\u021b\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;(echiparea industriilor pentru a gestiona impactul IA asupra locurilor de munc\u0103),&nbsp;<strong>cooperare<\/strong>&nbsp;(consolidarea colabor\u0103rii dintre patronate \u0219i sindicate) \u0219i&nbsp;<strong>continuitate<\/strong>&nbsp;(valorificarea metodologiilor \u0219i instrumentelor dezvoltate anterior \u00een WorkTransitionCEE). Prin aceast\u0103 arhitectur\u0103, proiectul ofer\u0103 un cadru coerent pentru politici publice \u0219i interven\u021bii organiza\u021bionale care s\u0103 anticipeze schimbarea, nu doar s\u0103 reac\u021bioneze la ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile de analiz\u0103 a impactului IA asupra rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i asupra locurilor de munc\u0103 din sectoare economice cheie, Hope4AI livreaz\u0103 o serie de rezultate concrete: studii de foresight, recomand\u0103ri de politici \u0219i evenimente de co-creare cu partenerii sociali \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul va include&nbsp;<strong>seminarii na\u021bionale, ateliere de validare \u0219i sesiuni de co-creare<\/strong>&nbsp;menite s\u0103 creasc\u0103 nivelul de con\u0219tientizare, s\u0103 clarifice lacunele de competen\u021be digitale \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103 mecanismele de dialog social.
