Project overview
AI as a Pathway to Employment
With the right strategies, AI can foster new employment opportunities. As AI technologies reshape industries, Hope4AI seeks to prepare workers, employers, and their representatives for these changes. Over 50 million jobs globally are expected to be automated, including 1.5 million in Romania and 900,000 in Hungary. Co-financed by the EU, Hope4AI builds on the work of WorkTransitionCEE by identifying the necessary skills, facilitating a smooth transition, and offering policy recommendations to manage the challenges and opportunities of AI.
