National co-creation workshop in Romania

Representatives of employees, employers, public institutions and NGOs gathered on Monday, 27.10.2025, at the headquarters of the Concordia Employers’ Confederation to develop strategies and solutions for the proper implementation of artificial intelligence on the Romanian labor market.

The event, held within the #Hope4AI project, took the form of a co-creation workshop and was the ideal opportunity for the social partners to discuss emerging technologies and their impact on the Romanian society and economy.

Among the topics considered were: digital skills of the workforce, digital infrastructure, the adoption of AI among companies and the future of the workforce.

Before teamwork, the participants assimilated the conclusions of the futureStation study – Trend Scanning I Scenario Planning I Foresight and that of PwC Romania, carried out within the project.

The workshop was organized by the Concordia Employers’ Confederation (Gabriel Zvancora and Radu Alexandru Ianoș), with the help of DesignThinkers Academy Eastern Europe (Julien Zidaru and Lacramioara Loghin) and the National Trade Union Bloc (Radu Comsa).
